The Proud Father

My second oldest son recently got the opportunity to visit the White House, I knew he was excited having never traveled that far from Amarillo, TX. My oldest son is a national Karate champion in his belt division (brown belt), my daughters love science and politics and the oldest of them wants to become a CIA operator (Hey, let children dream big; I wanted to be a Navy SEAL).

Our children do have big dreams, and we should allow them to do that. who knows what they may become in the future. If we allow them to dream, and formulate goals; couple that with encouragement and support, it makes an easier climb to the success they want to see as well as what you can be proud of.

It goes without saying I’m proud of my children, for all their hard work, and overcoming challenges that may have stood in their way.

In what ways have your children made you proud?
